Once we have listened to your ideas and dreams that you have in mind, we will then go through your site survey and come up with the specification and rice that best suits your budget. This will include the maximum requirements that you have requested for and a budget.
Once you have accepted our fixed price contract for the works, we will produce all relevant architectural drawings, structural calculations and specifications. We will then produce a detailed works schedule, which will outline the works we will be completing. This will have details of payment terms and structured payments. Once these details have been agreed on, we will draw up the contracts for the works.
